Affiliate Program Terms

Joining the Program

To participate, you must have a DeployerBox account in good standing. Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and promo code that you can share with others. You are responsible for how you promote DeployerBox and must comply with all applicable laws.

Commissions

You earn a commission on qualifying paid subscriptions from customers who sign up through your referral link or promo code. A referral is qualifying when the referred customer completes a paid subscription and their payment is successfully processed and not refunded or charged back.

You earn 50% of what the customer pays for the first month of their subscription and 25% for each of months 2 to 12. The twelve months run from the date the subscription started; nothing is earned after them. Only the customer's first subscription counts: if they cancel and subscribe again, the new subscription earns no commission. A change of plan keeps the same subscription. A yearly payment counts as twelve monthly ones.

Customers who sign up through your link or code get 10% off their subscription for their first 12 months, then pay the full price. Your commission is a share of what they actually pay, so in those months it is worked out on the discounted price.

Payouts

Commissions accrue in your affiliate account and become eligible for payout once they meet the minimum threshold and any applicable holding period has passed. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes owed on the commissions you earn.

Acceptable Promotion

You may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any practice that misrepresents DeployerBox. You may not bid on our brand terms in paid search, use your own referral link for self referrals, or attempt to manipulate tracking. Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program.

Termination

Either party may end participation in the program at any time. We may withhold or reverse commissions associated with fraudulent, cancelled, or refunded transactions. Unpaid eligible commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the normal schedule.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued participation after any change means you accept the updated terms.
