Terms of Service

NM Technology Inc. · Last updated: 24 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NM Technology Inc. ("NM Technology", "we", "us"), the company that operates DeployerBox. They cover your use of deployerbox.com and the DeployerBox platform (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About these TermsLink to this section

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information. They are part of these Terms.

If you use the Service for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it. "You" then means that organisation as well.

2. The ServiceLink to this section

DeployerBox is an AI assistant for building and deploying software. A team of AI agents plans, writes, tests and deploys your project. To do this the Service:

  • calls AI models with the API keys you provide;
  • creates and updates a code repository for your project in the GitHub account you connect;
  • deploys your project to the cloud account you connect, when you ask it to;
  • gives each project a private workspace and a preview address for testing.

3. Your accountLink to this section

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us straight away at support@deployerbox.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Free trial, plans and billingLink to this section

  • Free trial. A new account starts with a free trial. No payment card is needed. When the trial ends without a subscription, the account is limited to the Billing page, and the projects created during the trial are deleted five days later. We email you before that happens.
  • Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance for each month and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Changing plan. When you move to a higher plan, the difference for the rest of the month is charged immediately. When you move to a lower plan, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and the lower plan starts at your next billing date; no refund or credit is given for the rest of the period.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • Refunds. Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
  • Price changes. We may change prices or what a plan includes. We will tell you in advance by email, and a change applies from your next billing period.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless we say so. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
  • Costs outside DeployerBox. Your subscription does not cover what AI model providers, GitHub or cloud providers charge you. See sections 5 and 6.

5. Connected accounts and OAuthLink to this section

To work in your code repository and your cloud account, DeployerBox needs your permission. This section explains what you authorise when you connect an account.

What you authoriseLink to this section

When you connect an account, either by approving DeployerBox on the provider's OAuth consent screen or by giving us an access token or key, you authorise DeployerBox to:

  • access that account within the permissions shown on the provider's consent screen, or allowed by the token or key you supplied;
  • act there on your behalf to carry out the actions you start in DeployerBox, such as creating a repository, pushing code, creating and configuring cloud resources, deploying your project, reading its status and logs, and removing what was created;
  • store the resulting access token, and refresh token where one is issued, in encrypted form for as long as the connection exists, so that these actions keep working without asking you to sign in again each time.

With OAuth you sign in on the provider's own page. We never receive your password for that provider.

What we ask forLink to this section

We ask each provider only for the access the Service needs. The full list, with what each permission is used for, is in section 4 of the Privacy Policy. In summary:

  • GitHub: your profile, your repositories and permission to delete a repository, so that we can create the project's repository, push code to it and delete it if you ask.
  • Google Cloud and Firebase Hosting: the email address of the Google account, and permission to see and manage resources in your Google Cloud projects, so that we can deploy your project there.
  • Microsoft Azure, Railway, Supabase, Neon, Netlify, Vercel, Amazon Web Services and Render: permission to manage the workspace, subscription or account you choose, so that we can deploy your project there.

What we do with that accessLink to this section

  • We use it only to provide the features you ask for.
  • We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell information obtained through it.
  • We do not use it to read, change or delete anything that is not needed for the action you started.

GoogleLink to this section

DeployerBox's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. How we access, use, store and share Google user data is described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

Your use of Google Cloud through DeployerBox is also subject to Google's own terms for Google Cloud.

Withdrawing your permissionLink to this section

You can withdraw your permission at any time:

  • in DeployerBox, under Settings > Connections, which deletes the stored tokens from our systems;
  • at the provider, for example at myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google, or under Settings > Applications on GitHub.

After that DeployerBox can no longer act in that account. Resources that already exist there, such as a repository or a running deployment, are not removed and keep costing whatever the provider charges, until you remove them. To have DeployerBox remove a deployment, decommission it before you disconnect.

Your responsibilitiesLink to this section

  • Connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to use in this way. If the account belongs to an organisation, make sure you are allowed to grant this access.
  • Whatever DeployerBox creates in your accounts at your request belongs to you, and so do the charges for it. Check your provider's pricing before you deploy.
  • Follow the terms of each provider you connect.
  • If you connect with a token or key, keep it safe and give it only the permissions the deployment needs.

Other companies' servicesLink to this section

GitHub, Google Cloud, Firebase, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Railway, Supabase, Neon, Netlify, Vercel, Render and Stripe are services of their respective owners, and their names are their owners' trademarks. DeployerBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. We are not responsible for their services, their availability or their charges.

6. AI providers and your API keysLink to this section

The Service calls AI models with API keys that you provide, under your own account with each provider. You are responsible for those accounts, for following each provider's terms and for what the provider charges you. The Service chooses a model for each task from the providers you have added. The cost figures shown in DeployerBox are estimates based on published prices. Your provider's invoice is the authority.

7. Your contentLink to this section

You keep all rights in your content: what you type and upload, and the code, designs and other output produced for your project.

You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to run the Service for you: to send it to the AI providers you chose, to store it in your repository and workspace, to deploy it where you ask, and to improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed to use it with the Service.

If you send us suggestions about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. AI outputLink to this section

The Service produces software and other output using AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or insecure, and it can resemble output produced for others.

  • Review and test what is produced before you rely on it or put it in front of your own users.
  • You are responsible for what you build and deploy with the Service, including its security, its legality and its compliance with the rules that apply to your business.
  • The Service does not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

9. Acceptable useLink to this section

Do not use the Service to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • build or distribute malware, phishing pages, spam tools or anything meant to harm or deceive people;
  • attack, probe or overload the Service, its workspaces or anyone else's systems;
  • get around plan limits, security controls or another user's access;
  • use a project workspace or preview for things unrelated to building your project, such as mining cryptocurrency or running proxy and scraping farms;
  • resell access to the Service without our written agreement.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

10. Deployments and your infrastructureLink to this section

Deployments run in your accounts with your cloud provider, not in ours. Once deployed, your application, its data, its security, its backups and its costs are your responsibility.

When you decommission a deployment, DeployerBox removes the resources it created for that project. It does not remove anything else in your account. Some cloud services that were switched on for the deployment may stay enabled.

Workspaces and previews are for building and testing. They are stopped when idle and are not meant for hosting a live application. Preview addresses are public to anyone who has the link.

11. Our rights in the ServiceLink to this section

The Service, including its software, design, text and the DeployerBox name and logo, belongs to NM Technology and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms for as long as your account is in good standing. Nothing else is granted.

12. Affiliate programmeLink to this section

If you join the affiliate programme, the Affiliate Terms apply to it in addition to these Terms.

13. Suspension and endingLink to this section

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure for us or for others, or stays unpaid. Where we reasonably can, we warn you first and give you the chance to put things right.

When an account is closed, your access ends and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your repository and anything deployed in your own cloud account stay where they are. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 7, 8, 14, 15 and 16, continue to apply.

14. No warrantiesLink to this section

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, NM Technology gives no warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that what it produces will be correct or fit for your purpose.

15. Limit of liabilityLink to this section

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • NM Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service;
  • NM Technology is not liable for charges from your AI, repository or cloud providers, or for what happens in accounts and infrastructure that you control;
  • NM Technology's total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

16. IndemnityLink to this section

If someone brings a claim against NM Technology because of your content, what you built or deployed with the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of the law, you will cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs, to the extent the law allows.

17. ChangesLink to this section

We may change the Service and these Terms. When we change the Terms we update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the changed Terms.

18. Governing lawLink to this section

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where NM Technology Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. The courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of the country you live in gives you and that cannot be set aside by agreement.

19. GeneralLink to this section

  • These Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • We send notices to the email address on your account. Send notices to us at the address below.
